Administrative Secretary

Position open in Gainesville

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to the LifeQuest directors, administrative assistant and staff. Functions as co-receptionist. Answers incoming calls, takes messages and distributes in a timely manner. Provides general office support, including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mail, and running errands

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent. Three to five years progressively responsible secretarial/administrative experience with independent project task management preferred. Experience must include independent use of personal computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet and database management skills (applications such as Excel and Word). Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. This position requires initiative and the ability to work independently on responsibilities, demonstrating organizational and critical thinking skills. Flexibility and adapting to an ever-changing environment essential. Experience with electronic medical records beneficial.
